J. GREGORY TINAGLIA, president of Investment Management Corp. of Roanoke, has been designated as an accredited investment management consultant by the Institute for Investment Management Consultants.

\ DENNY W. VAN BUREN JR. of Troutville has completed 25 years of service with Hercules Inc., Radford Army Ammunition Plant. Van Buren is a chief nitrator operator in the nitrocellulose area.

\ BASIL OWENS JR., a Prudential Insurance Co. of America agent in the Roanoke District Office, has been named a quarterly winner in Prudential's quality service leaders program. The nationwide program recognizes employees who provide exemplary service to co-workers and customers.

\ BARBARA GREENBERG, a registered nurse from Roanoke, has been named director of nursing services at Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Shawsville. She has a master's degree from Duke University and has published numerous journal articles.

\ GALA INDUSTRIES of Eagle Rock has announced its 1990 Honor Roll, which honors associates who have made outstanding contributions during the past year.
