ENRICHMENT COUNCIL HOLDING FUND-RAISER

Council for Community Enrichment, a volunteer group that has brought arts and science programs to the Radford area, is sponsoring "Project 50," an fund-raising project.

CCE is looking for 160 contributions of $50 each to help it reach its budget.

Fran Rooker, fund-raising chairwoman, said contributors to the campaign "will receive more than just thanks." A catered private performance by jazz artist J. Plunky Branch is scheduled for mid-April for the contributors. It will be given by CCE and First National Bank of Radford's Office.

"Project 50" began Feb. 14. Contributions are tax deductible. For further information, call 639-1330 or 731-0099.
