Scholarships are available to Virginia students living in Giles, Floyd, Pulaski, or Montgomery counties or Radford.
Applicants must enroll in a program of study or declare a major and furnish a completed application and two letters of reference, one from an educator and one from an employer or other non-family member. Applicants must also furnish copies of high school or college transcripts, maintain a class load of 12 credit hours or more, and maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0.
