Kathryn (Katie) Meador McClintic, died Saturday in Hot Springs, Va. She was born in Bedford County, July 29, 1913 and was a graduate of Lewis-Gale Hospital School of Nursing and nursed there for several years. She was the wife of Dr. Moses H. McClintic who died on July 3, 1972. She is survived by a sister, Ruby M. Vaughan of Roanoke; a brother, John S. Meador of Rustburg. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday 4:00 p.m. in Mountain View Cemetery in Danville by the Rev. Ronald L. Oglesbee. The family will receive friends at the Swicegood Funeral Home, Danville, Monday morning at 11:00.
