Paul Henry Hicks, age 43, died Friday, March 1, 1991, in the Montgomery Regional Hospital after a long illness. Mr. Hicks was the son of the late Paul H. Hicks. He is survived by his wife, Mary Marshall Hicks, Blacksburg; two daughters, Jennifer and Amy Hicks; two sons, Joseph and Alex Hicks, all of Blacksburg; mother and stepfather, Lillie Jones and John A. Proffitt, Tazewell; two brothers, Robert Monroe Hicks, Richlands; Arnold Richard Hicks, Pulaski. Funeral services will be Monday, March 4, 12:00 noon at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Chapel with Dr. Raymond Allen officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home.
