CHISOM BIRTH

Jared Levi Chisom was born at Roanoke Memorial Hospital on January 29, 1991, at 4:48 p.m. and weighed 4 lbs. 12 oz. and was 18 inches long. His parents are Lester and Vickie Chisom of Hardy, Va. Grandparents are Donnie and Sarah Chisom of Hardy and Jerry and Betty Roult of Roanoke. We would like to personally thank the nursing staff for the wonderful care received during our stay at the hospital. And, also a special thank you to Dr. Hardee and staff.
