GLADWELL EARNS CAPP

Mrs. Elizabeth N. Gladwell of Bedford is the first in the state of Virginia to earn the CAPP (Certified Appraiser of Personal Property) Designation from the International Society of Appraisers and Indiana University. Mrs. Gladwell is one of only 40 appraisers in the United States to have earned this designation. Mrs. Gladwell has been a member of the International Society of Appraisers since 1987 and was one of the Charter members of the Old Dominion Chapter of ISA in Richmond. In addition to completing work for the CAPP designation, she has been working on a Master's degree at Hollins College. She established her appraisal practice in 1986.
