ROANOKE WOMEN TO PLAY AT HOME

The Roanoke College women's basketball team will get a chance to advance to the Division III Final Four by playing on its home court.

Roanoke College's Bast Center was announced on Sunday as the site for this week's south sectional tournament.

In Friday's first round, Roanoke (27-1) will face Luther (Iowa) at 8:30 p.m. Washington (Mo.) will meet Maryville (Tenn.) in the 6:30 opener. The tournament winner will advance to the Division III Final Four.

South sectional tickets will go on sale on Wednesday. Adult tickets are $5 for one night; $8 for both nights. Student tickets are $4 and $6. - Staff report
