SUPREME COURT LETS DEATH SENTENCE STAND

Virginia death row inmate Albert Clozza, who abducted and killed a 13-year-old girl in Virginia Beach in 1983, lost a Supreme Court appeal today.

The court let stand rulings that Clozza received a fair trial and a proper sentence.

He was convicted of murdering Penny Bolton on Jan. 13, 1983.
