PULASKI - Harold Matthews Shuff, age 90, died Monday, March 4, 1991, at Montgomery Regional Hospital in Blacksburg. Mr. Shuff graduated in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and was employed as an engineer with Westinghouse Electric in Pittsburg, Pa. and Buffalo, N.Y. He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Pulaski Lodge #1067. He was also a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pulaski. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Eleanor Greathead Shuff. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Anne S. and the Rev. Jack A. Minnick, Blacksburg; one son and daughter-in-law, David Graham and Cynthia Shuff, Buffalo, N.Y.; seven grandchildren, Catherine R. Shuff, Susan B. Rosenthal, Laura M. Zimmerman, Melissa M. Guerrant, Juli B. Stack, Kathryn R. Minnicle, and Mary Elizabeth Wilkinson; six great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be Wednesday, March 6, 2:00 p.m. in Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski. The Rev. Jack P. Weikel and the Rev. Jack A. Minnick will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 301 N. Jefferson Avenue, Pulaski, Va., 24301.
