Mrs. Lucy Bohon Hartwell, age 74, of Roanoke died Monday, March 4, 1991. She was a member of the Roanoke First Ward Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. Surviving are her husband, William B. Hartwell; a daughter, JoAnn Ransom of Thaxton; three brothers; a sister; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 3:00 p.m. Friday with burial in the Plunkett Family Cemetery, Franklin County. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
