If any further tests come back positive, "You might as well bring your toothbrush and your razor, because I'm going to send you away," Judge James Turk told John D. Bond.
Bond, 36, was convicted in 1989 of cocaine conspiracy. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and three years of probation, in part under the condition that he remain drug-free.
Bond was given credit for jail time he had already served and was placed on probation Nov. 2.
From Nov. 19 to Feb. 4, Bond had 10 consecutive urine tests indicate that he has used cocaine and marijuana.
Turk on Wednesday ordered that Bond be placed in a 90-day intensive drug treatment program, but not before warning that another failed test would send him to prison.
"One more positive urine for coke or pot and you're going," Turk said. "You're sick. You've got a problem. You can't stay off cocaine. The first thing you have to do is admit you need help."
