He is a 1990 graduate of Patrick Henry High School.

\ SPEC. STEVEN V. PULLINS, son of Edward E. and Hazel A. Pullins of 3334 Pittsfield Ave., has been decorated with the Army Achievement Medal. The medal is awarded to soldiers for meritorious service, acts of courage or other outstanding accomplishments.

Pullins is an aircraft pneudraulic mechanic at Camp Humphreys, South Korea. He is a 1983 graduate of William Fleming High School.

\ STAFF SGT. HARRY L. JACKSON JR., son of Jean and Harry Jackson Sr. of Roanoke, has arrived for duty at RAF Upper Heyford, England.

Jackson is a 1980 graduate of William Fleming High School.

\ NAVY SEAMAN RECRUIT GEORGE E. KEEN, son of Verna J. Keen of Troutville and George P. Keen of Catawba, has completed training at Recruit Training Command, Orlando, Fla.

Keen is a 1990 graduate of Lord Botetourt High School.

\ NAVY SEAMAN RECRUIT STEPHEN R. BARTON, a 1989 graduate of Northside High School, has completed training at Recruit Training Command, Orlando, Fla.

\ STAFF SGT. LEWIS M. GRUBBS JR. has re-enlisted in the Air Force for four years. Grubbs, a law enforcement supervisor at Vance Air Force Base in Calif., is the son of Lewis M. Grubbs of Roanoke and Ola M. Grubbs of Salem. He is a 1981 graduate of Roanoke Valley Christian School.
