Edward Francis Epperly, 67, died Thursday, March 7, 1991, at his home. He was a World War II veteran and a retired dental lab technician with forty-three years of service with Dr. Conduff's Dental Offices in Floyd. He is survived by his wife, Helen Dickerson Epperly; two daughters, Sandra L. Shortt, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Elizabeth E. Phillips, Floyd; two brothers, John C. Epperly, Floyd; Hugh C. Epperly, Mechanicsville; two grandsons, John Shortt, Paul Shortt, both of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two granddaughters, Jennifer Phillips and Judy Phillips, both of Floyd. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Carl Ratcliffe officiating. Burial will follow in Jacksonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
