GRAHAM, HUBERT E.

Hubert "Earl" Graham, age 69, died Wednesday, March 6, 1991, at VA Medical Facilities in Salem. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II with General Patton's 3rd Army and received 2 bronze stars for merit in the liberation of Berlin. He was a retired employee of R.A.A.P. with 31 years of service. Earl loved to hunt and fish in the area of Proverty Creek where he was born and lived his entire life. Survivors include his wife, Rubel Mullins Graham; two daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Bob Ervin, Pulaski; Tonya and Paul Kessinger, Blacksburg; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Brenda Graham, Salem; Jimmy and Darlene Graham, Blacksburg; four sisters, Ina Price, Panama City, Fla; Clara Schnell and Dolly Long, both of Blacksburg; Ethel Neighbors, Roanoke; four brothers, Tom Graham, Harry Graham, John Graham, and Fred Graham, all of Blacksburg; nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 9, 1991, 2:00 p.m. at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Bobby E. Fuller will officiate. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Longshop-McCoy Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 489, McCoy, Virginia, 24111. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
