James H. Palmer, age 70, of 315 Fleming Avenue, N.E. died Friday, March 8, 1991. Funeral services will be conducted from Mineral Springs Baptist Church 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 11. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to either Mineral Springs or Green Ridge Baptist Church. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
