OBIT - JOHNSTON, R.

Mrs. Ruby T. Johnston, age 77, formerly of Salem, died Friday, March 8, 1991. She was the widow of Emmett S. Johnston. She was a lifelong member of the Belmont Baptist Church and was a member of the Polly Anna Sunday School Class. Surviving are her sister, Ruth T. Obenshain, Roanoke; a beloved friend, Frances B. Obenchain, Vinton. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel at 12:00 Noon Monday with the Rev. Dr. Thomas Cribb officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park.
