HARDEN'S 28 LEAD RADFORD INTO FINAL

Becky Harden scored a career-high 28 points and Radford broke open a close game late in the first half and went on to defeat Augusta 93-71 in the Big South Conference women's basketball semifinal at the Dedmon Center.

Debbie Born established a Big South tournament record of 35 points in the losing effort and third-seed Augusta ended its season 11-18.

Roz Groce added 24 points for the second-seeded Highlanders (12-17), who face top seed Campbell in the championship game tonight at 7:30. The Lady Camels ousted Coastal Carolina 70-55.
