VALLEYDALE NAMES 6 EXECUTIVES

KENNETH BROWN has joined Valleydale Packers, Inc. as executive vice president of sales, marketing and operations and ALLEN M. PHIBBS as corporate controller. TRIGG COPENHAVER has been named chief financial officer, WILLIAM SELLARI vice president of operations, PAUL USSERY, vice president of Valleydale Sales Group, and IVAN PIHL, vice president of Reelfoot Sales Group.

\ L.E. WEBB JR. has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer for Stanley Interiors Corp., a division of Stanley Furniture Co. BILL CUBBERLEY JR., senior vice president for sales and marketing of Stanley Furniture, has been elected vice president of Stanley Interiors.

\ JOHN D. ERNST has been named vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Intermet Corp. E.A. BODNAR has been named president of Intermet Foundries, Inc., the company's domestic foundry group. VINCENT J. CLARK has been named general manager of the company's Radford plant.

\ LARRY W. BULLOCK has been named manager of the Southern Area for W.W. Boxley Co. He will oversee production, sales, marketing, transportation and environmental activities for the Martinsville and Blue Ridge plants.\ L. WARD TOLBERT has been named manager of the company's Martinsville plant.

\ JEFF EASTLAND has been promoted to controller of Smart Machine Technologies, Inc. in Martinsville.

ORGANIZATIONS\ I.J. PAYNE III has been elected chairman of the southwest division of the Virginia Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association. He is with New River Electrical Corp. in Roanoke.\ WILLIAM J. RAND III, of Richardson-Wayland Electrical Corp. in Roanoke, has been elected vice chairman of the organization.

\ ADELE JOHNSON-CRAWLEY has been named executive director of the Virginia Regional Minority Supplier Development Council, which identifies minority businesses capable of providing products or services to major corporations and government agencies.
