Raymond Eugene Ratliff, age 61, born July 7, 1929, died March 9, 1991. He is survived by his wife, Laura Page Ratliff; two daughters, Nina Rae Taylor and Monica Dobbins, both of Radford; two sons, Ryland R. Ratliff, Blountville, Tenn.; Cavin Ratliff, Boones Mill; five sisters, Evelyn Lipes, Betty Flenchum, Anna Sowers, Madeline Dudding, all of New Castle; Mary Ann Plunkett, Ohio; four brothers, Ray Ratliff Jr., Russell Ratliff, Kenneth Ratliff, Ronald (Bill) Ratliff, all of New Castle; one grandson, Jerel Huffman, Radford. Services will be conducted at Craig Healing Springs Christian Church Sunday, March 10, 3 p.m., with the Rev. Ron Schwarz officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
