Goalie Tom Costello had a season-high 15 saves - including seven in the third quarter - as Washington and Lee, the 13th-ranked men's lacrosse team in Division III, beat seventh-ranked Franklin and Marshall 7-5 Saturday.

Mike Moseman and Jeff Roberts scored two goals each for the Generals (2-1),. Franklin and Marshall fell to 0-2 on the season.
