Christene Rosemann and Jeff Vaughan are engaged and planing to be married August 3, 1991. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Rosemann of Blacksburg. She graduated from Blacksburg High School and is attending Radford University. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. David H. Vaughan. He was graduated from Blacksburg High School, and will graduated from VPI and SU in May.
