Milton (Buster) Rose of 931 Crescent Street, N.W., died in the local veterans hospital Saturday. He was a nurses assistant at the V.A. Medical Center. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Doris Rose; three daughters, Ms. Tonya Rose, Roanoke; Mrs. Vicky Shipe, Columbus, Ohio; Mrs. Linda Sykes, Richmond; two sons, Percy Rose and Milton Burwell, both of Roanoke; three sisters, Mrs. Shirley Pannell, Miss Sandra Taylor, and Mrs. Mary Washington, all of Roanoke; one brother, James Taylor, Roanoke; three brothers-in-law, Harvey Pannell and Paul Washington, Roanoke; Curtis Lewis, Columbus, Ohio; two sons-in-law, Jose Shipe, Columbus, Ohio; David Sykes, Richmond; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of cousins and other relatives. Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
