HAMPTON TICKET WINS $15 MILLION

The buyer of a Lotto ticket at a 7-Eleven in Hampton won the $14.9 million jackpot, lottery spokeswoman Cherie Phaup said Sunday. The winning numbers were 23, 25, 27, 31, 40 and 43.

In Saturday night's drawing, 151 people matched five of six winning numbers and will receive $1,215; 7,337 picked four of six winners and will get $53.

Wednesday's jackpot is estimated at $1 million.

The $11.7 million prize from the last winning ticket, bought at a 7-Eleven in Newport News on Feb. 16, is still unclaimed, Phaup said.
