RICHMOND - Annie Mary Caldwell Frith, born October 28, 1902 in Botetourt County, near Fincastle Va. She resided in Southeast Roanoke from the early 1920's to 1977, when she moved to Richmond where eternal life came to her after a long illness on Monday, March 11, 1991. "Miss Annie" was employed in Roanoke by American Viscose Corporation for many years before becoming a Seamstress with Kenrose Manufacturing from which she retired with 25 years service in March 1968. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Rowena F. and James R. Dillenger, Richmond; many relations and dear friends. Funeral arrangements by Oakeys North Chapel, Roanoke, Va. where visitations may be made after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. Graveside services will be conducted at Trinity Cemetery, Botetourt County, Thursday, March 14, at 11:00 a.m. by the Rev. William O. Jones of the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, Midlothian, Va. and the Rev. Ernest C. Lewis of First Church of the Nazarene, Southeast Roanoke.
