BLACKSTONE - Julian Daniel Hardy, age 75, formerly of Danville, died Sunday, March 10, 1991. He was a retired U.S. Army major and civil servant. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie M. Hardy; one daughter, Mrs. Dawn H. Stevens, Rockledge, Fla.; one son, J. Daniel Hardy Jr., Blacksburg; one sister, Miss Elizabeth Hardy, Danville; one brother, Jackie Hardy, Newport News; two stepsons, W. Curtis Coleburn III, Midlothian; John P. Coleburn, Blackstone; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Hamner-McMillian Funeral Home, Blackstone, with burial in Highland Park Cemetery, Danville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Nottoway County Emergency Squad.
