TEEN-AGER DENIED BOND IN CASE OF 2 BOY KILLINGS

A judge denied bond Monday for a teen-ager accused of killing two young boys.

Commonwealth's Attorney Robert Humphreys and police refused to name the 16-year-old suspect or discuss evidence because of the youth's juvenile status. Neighbors identified the youth as Sean Novak, a high school sophomore.

The suspect was given a public defender and a March 28 hearing was set for arguments on a motion to try the suspect as an adult. - Associated Press
