DRIFTER ARRESTED IN TIDEWATER DEATH

A drifter wanted in connection with the murder of an 18-year-old Virginia Beach student has been arrested in Texas, Capt. K.W. Francis of the Southampton County sheriff's office said today.

Francis said Dana Rex Foster, 38, was apprehended late Monday night or early this morning in Brookshire, Texas.
