BUTCHER, ALMA M.

Mrs. Alma Muse Butcher, age 96, of Roanoke, died in a Roanoke hospital Tuesday night. She was the widow of George P. Butcher. Surviving are one brother, Leonard G. Muse, Roanoke; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Nancy Butcher, Salem; three granddaughters, Miss Molly Butcher, Alexandria; Lauren Sheuer Stoutimire, Brighton, Mass.; Suzy Scheuer Fisher, Boston, Mass.. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside in Evergreen Burial Park at 2:00 p.m. Thursday by Dr. Harry Y. Gamble and Dr. Daniel Scott. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
