Sarah Jane Clark Ramsey, age 78, died March 13, 1991, in a Lexington hospital. She was born in Amherst County October 10, 1912, the daughter of the late Mary Emma Clark. She was the widow of Ira Lee Ramsey. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Cash, Scottsburg; Mrs. Helen Parr, Prince George; Mrs. Zellar Scott, Richmond; one son, Clayton Ramsey, Richmond; one sister, Mrs. Lucy Dale, Lexington; one brother, Irvin Clark, Richmond; twenty-one grandchildren; and thirty-four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. Bruce Clark at the Lomax Funeral Chapel. The burial will follow at Clark Mt. Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
