SHELTER GROUP NEEDS TO FURNISH HOUSE

The Montgomery County Community Shelter group, which opened the county's first homeless shelter recently, is in need of items for the shelter's three apartments.

Some of the items needed include dining-room chairs, a full-sized bed, curtain and shower-curtain rods, wire closet shelves, lamps, blankets, bathroom mirrors, waste baskets, pillows and a towel shelf.

Food, personal hygiene and cleaning items are also needed.
