Mrs. Jurror Bell Swain Roy, age 78, of Rt. 2 Boones Mill, died Wednesday, March 13. She is survived by her husband, Howard L. Roy; one son, Cleveland Roy, both of the home; one brother, Herman A. Swain of Cleveland, Ohio; two sisters, Elizabeth Sutton of Boones Mill; Sophia Barnetta of Chardon, Ohio; one brother-in-law, C. L. Sutton of Boones Mill; sisters-in-law, Opal Harris of Martinsville; Elizabeth Martin of Axton, Va.; Dorothy Swain of Cleveland, Ohio; nieces, Sylvia, Naioma, Carol, Donzella, Cecelia, Theresa, Lolita, Valena; nephews, Howard, Hiawatha, Charles, Donald, James, Richard; a host of cousins, grandnieces; grandnephews and friends. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the 1st Mt. Airy Baptist Church with Rev. John Morris officiating. Friends may call at Stanfield Mortuary Chapel on Friday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Park.
