Mr. Wilton (Big Eight) Childress of 31st Street, N.W. passed away in a local hospital Tuesday. Funeral services will be Saturday 11:00 a.m. Hamlar-Curtis Chapel with burial in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will meet at the home of his sister, Mrs. Willie Mayo, 1216 Melrose Ave., N.W. Hamlar-Curtis Morticians.
