A CHANGE OF HATS, BUT SAME OLD STUFF

NOW THAT Sergeant-General Paxton Davis has told us, on several occasions, how we would be creamed in the military action against a bunch of bush-league Babylonians, I note that on March 8 he's changed hats and as the Statesman-Diplomat Grand Vizier, he is telling us why we are now going to blow the peace.

Ah, what an oracle of wisdom we have in our midst. A soothsayer extraordinaire. An erudite liberal prophet of doom and gloom. Or perhaps closer to the reality he so fondly speaks of, an educated fool and a bona fide yo-yo who can't get it out of reverse.

For what you pay Davis for his gems of wisdom, you could get a ton of the same from the bull barn at Virginia Tech.
