OBIT GLADWELL H.

Hurshel Franklin Gladwell, age 79, died Friday. Surviving are his daughters and sons-in-law, Gwendolyn and Jerry McDaniel, Sr.; Joyce and Clyde McDaniel; Anna and Joe McDaniel; Edith Harlow; five brothers, Marion Gladwell, William Gladwell, Charles Gladwell, Boyd Gladwell, and Raymond Gladwell; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy in Salem with the Rev. William A. McDaniel officiating. Interment will be at Miller Family Cemetery in Natural Bridge, Va. Funeral services by John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem.
