ROANOKE WOMEN ROLL IN LACROSSE

Senior Leigh Budnitz, who led team in goals last year, scored five in leading Roanoke past Salisbury State 23-8 in women's lacrosse Saturday.

Robin Collinson had three goals and three assists, and Kiki Chesterton had nine saves for Roanoke, which dropped Salisbury State to 1-1.

The Maroons (2-0) play host to Randolph-Macon today at 1 p.m. in their Old Dominion Athletic Conference opener.
