Sandy Harris and Joey Kingma are engaged and planning to be married June 15, 1991. Sandy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Coleman Harris of Alexandria. She graduated from Mt. Vernon High School and Virginia Tech. She is employed by Junior Achievement and is an Educational Services Manager. Joey is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stan Kingma. He graduated from Vineland High School in Vineland, N. J. and attended Virginia Tech. He is vice president and partner with Kingma Productions.
