Lisa Brautigam Robinson and James Randal Kent Hall are engaged and planning to be married. She is the daughter of Mrs. Fay L. Robinson and the late George S. Robinson. He is the son of Mrs. Marion Cowan Hall and Mr. Charles E. Hall. An April wedding is planned.
