BROWN ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. George L. Brown celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on March 15, 1991, at their home at 2303 Vale Ave. N.E., Roanoke. It was hosted by their children and spouses of their children. They were married March 15, 1941. They have lived at Vale Ave approximately 39 years. Mrs. Brown is the former Shirley Cromer. The couple have six children, L. Barry Brown, Radford; Mrs. Sharon B. Watkins, Macomb, Ill.; Terry R. Brown, Vinton; D. Keith Brown, Roanoke; Mrs. Faye B. Worley, Natural Bridge Station; Alan G. Brown, Vinton; and nine grandchildren.
