Susie Boblett Drewry, age 93, of Roanoke, died Sunday in a local hospital. She was the widow of Stuart G. Boblett Sr. and James W. Drewry Sr. She was a retired employee of Heironimus and a longtime member of the Ninth Street Church of the Brethren. She was preceded in death by a son, Stuart G. Boblett Jr. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Ruth B. and Howard B. Regnier of Roanoke; a son and daughter-in-law, James W. and Virginia Drewry, Blacksburg; daughter-in-law, Edmonia P. Boblett, Roanoke; grandchildren and their spouses, Stuart G. Boblett III and Wanda M. Boblett, Trudy Sue Boblett, Howard A. Boblett and Sarah Boblett, all of Roanoke; two great-grandchildren, Christopher Stuart Boblett and Lauren Elizabeth Boblett. Services will be held at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Gene Hagenberger and the Rev. Graham Sowers officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
