BEDFORD MAN DIES OF INJURIES FROM WRECK

A 31-year-old Bedford man died Sunday morning from injuries he received in a Saturday afternoon accident in Buchanan, state police said today.

James Norman Lee of Peak Street was driving north on U.S. 11, about 300 feet south of Interstate 81 at Exit 47, when he failed to negotiate a curve, police said.

His car went off the right shoulder of the road, struck a guardrail and overturned about 3:40 p.m. Saturday.

Lee died at 11:40 a.m. Sunday at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
