PRINCETON, W. VA.- Mrs. Ruth Pauline Lee, 83, of the Glenwood Park Community died Tuesday, March 19, at a Princeton hospital. She was born September 9, 1907, at Bluefield, W. Va. She was the daughter of the late John Troy and Harriet Tabor Kennedy. She was a life long resident of Mercer County, was a retired employee with the Princeton Pharmacy with 20 years of service and was also a member of the Johnston Chapel Baptist Church of Princeton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peery F. Lee; one son, Harry G. McColgan and also two sisters, Mary K. Williams and Flora Kennedy. She is survived by two sons, Douglas Lee of Princeton; and Robert E. Lee, Troutville, Va.; one daughter, Mrs. Douglas (Iris) C. Lusk, Maple Acers, W.Va.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Dennis (Dorothy) Cole of Tarpon Springs, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Irene Ruby, Bluefield, W.Va.; one brother, Eugene Kennedy of Bluefield, W.Va.; and one stepsister, Mrs. Bessie Tensley of Roanoke, Va.; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory in Princeton with the Rev. John King and the Rev. Jimmy Nofsinger officiating with burial to follow in the Monte Vista Park Cemetery at Green Valley. Friends may call Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
