PARK RANGER FINDS MISSING BOY'S BODY

A park ranger found the body of a 2-year-old boy Tuesday, about 40 hours after the toddler disappeared while playing with friends.

Travis Soper was found in a ravine about one mile from the trailer where he lived with his mother.

Police had not ruled out foul play, but said there was nothing to indicate that the death was not accidental.
