LEES-MCRAE GETS MARION'S ROBIN SCOTT

Robin Scott became the first girls' basketball player in Marion High School history to accept a full basketball grant-in-aid on Wednesday when she committed to Lees-McRae, an NAIA Division II school in North Carolina.

Scott set five school career records at Marion. She had the most career (906) and seasonal (469) points, the most career (694) and seasonal rebounds (331) and the highest season free-throw percentage (77.3), which led Timesland this past year.
