NO ONE WINS LOTTO; JACKPOT AT $8 MILLION

A Virginia Lottery spokeswoman said the jackpot for Saturday's drawing should be $8 million. The state holds two Lotto drawings each week.

In Wednesday's drawing, 72 people picked five correct numbers to win $1,202 and 3,405 people picked four numbers to win $54.

The word "foul" flashed during the televised drawing Wednesday because of a technical glitch, spokeswoman Cherie Phaup said. The correct six numbers appeared.

The winning numbers were: 6, 9, 21, 23, 39 and 44.
