BLACKSBURG TRANSIT ALTERS ROUTE ON MAIN

Blacksburg Transit has made a minor route change in the South Main area to make use of the newly installed traffic signal at Ellett Road and South Main. No bus stops have been eliminated.

Patrons boarding buses headed north toward downtown Blacksburg and Virginia Tech will not be affected. Patrons boarding buses headed south toward Montgomery Regional Hospital will need to board on the opposite side of the street at stops on Marlington Street, Grissom Lane, New Kent Road and Fairfax Road.
