EMPTY TOMB CEREMONY

A program to celebrate the empty tomb of the Christian Easter is scheduled March 31 at 3 p.m. at Holy Land U.S.A., a nature sanctuary south of Bedford.

It is sponsored by a number of churches in Bedford and Bedford County. Worship will be led by the Bible Center Chapel nearby. There is no charge.

Worshipers who wish to reenact the walk to the site designated as the tomb of Jesus may assemble at 2:30 p.m. at the Bethlehem Manger site. Holy Land U.S.A. is five miles south of Bedford on Virginia 746.
