Mrs. Mary Ethel Bryant, age 91, of Mason Cove, died Thursday in a Salem hospital. She is survived by her husband, John Wesley Bryant; four sons, Howard W. Bryant, James Randolph Bryant, Sr., Jack Bryant, all of Catawba; John W. Bryant, Jr., Chulavista, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Juanita Lafon, Blacksburg; 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 25 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with Rev. Sonny Miller officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Lotz Salem Chapel after 4:00 p.m. Saturday.
