Evelyn Ratliff Dudding Lipes, age 58, died Thursday. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Francisco, Salem; Janet Dudding, and Michelle Hutchison, both of New Castle; four sons, Ronald G. Dudding, Christiansburg; Mark R. Dudding, Vinton; L. Wade Dudding and M. Randy Dudding, both of New Castle; four sisters, Mary Ann Plunkett, Ohio; Betty Flinchum, Anna Sowers, and Marlene Dudding, all of New Castle; four brothers, Ray Ratliff, Jr., Russell Ratliff, Kenneth Ratliff, Ronald (Bill) Ratliff, all of New Castle; seventeen grandchildren. The funeral will be Saturday 1:00 p.m. at Craig Springs Church with interment in the church cemetery. Boitnott Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
