OBIT TAYLOR, R.

Reta Mae Taylor, age 77, died Friday morning at her home. Born in Craig County, Va., she is the daughter of the late Walter Mason and Willie Havely Hughes. She was a retired employee of V.P.I. and S.U., a graduate of Maywood High School and was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph M. Hughes. She is survived by her husband, Rex M. Taylor; two nieces and several cousins. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel, Pembroke, with burial in the Williams Cemetery, Craig County, Va. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 to 9:00 Saturday evening.
